Dr. Squat strap is an improvement on the original design by Dr. Squat Fred Hatfield. This strap was originally designed for Back Raises.<\/p>\n<p>Fred Hatfield, better known as Dr. Squat and the first man to squat 1,014 in any weight class, credited his phenomenal success in part to what became known as the Hatfield Back Raise (HFBR), a brutal exercise that uses a harness and the Glute\/Ham Raise to annihilate the erectors. And because the HFBR keeps the spine fully supported, it\u2019s become a go-to for lifters with lumbar disc injuries.<\/p>\n<p>This strap is an improvement on Fred&#8217;s original design and is made of better material with added loops at eh end of each strap to allow you to use it in limitless ways.<\/p>\n<p>Strong erectors are critical to lifting and life.
